LeadwithaSmile.com provides marketing education, templates, digital tools, and lead generation resources designed for dental practices (“Clients”).

Our Services may include:

  • Weekly delivery of potential patient leads via email.

  • Access to downloadable marketing templates, campaigns, and assets.
  • Access to restricted member areas or digital products.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Service (in whole or part) at any time, without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Operate or represent a legitimate dental practice or related healthcare business.
  • Agree to use our Services only for lawful business purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or business that misuses our platform or materials.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials available on LeadwithaSmile.com — including templates, email campaigns, guides, designs, copywriting, graphics, and trademarks — are the intellectual property of Tim Lightwork and are protected under U.S. and international copyright law.

You may use purchased or provided materials solely for internal marketing purposes within your own dental practice.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or publicly share any content, assets, or templates.
  • Rebrand or claim ownership of LeadwithaSmile materials.
  • Use our intellectual property for competing products or services.

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access and legal action.

5. Account Access and Security

Some portions of our Site may require registration or login credentials.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity occurring under your account.

Notify us immediately at hello@leadwithasmile.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

6. Payment, Refunds, and Renewals

When applicable:

  • All fees for Services (including subscriptions, memberships, or digital products) must be paid in full at purchase.
  • Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable, as our digital materials are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned.”
  • Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

You may cancel a recurring membership at any time by contacting support@leadwithasmile.com.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

LeadwithaSmile.com and all related materials are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Specific patient lead volume or conversion results.
  • The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of provided materials.
  • Compatibility with third-party platforms (Mailchimp, Weave, RevenueWell, etc.).

You acknowledge that marketing outcomes vary based on your location, staff performance, and implementation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tim Lightwork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use or inability to use our Services.

Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to LeadwithaSmile.com within the past twelve (12) months.

LeadwithaSmile.com provides marketing education and strategy materials only.
We do not provide medical, legal, or regulatory compliance advice for dental practices.
Always consult your own legal or professional advisors before implementing new systems or patient communication strategies.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code.
  • Use our content to spam, mislead, or misrepresent services to patients.

Violations may result in immediate termination of access.

Our Site may contain links or integrations to third-party software and services (e.g., Google, Mailchimp, Weave).
We do not control and are not responsible for their content, data policies, or performance.
Your use of such third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our Services at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse our intellectual property.

Upon termination, your right to access or use any materials ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
